Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) complex is one of the most joints, which connects mandible to skull. This kind system has ability perform and bilateral movements. Due anatomy, there a need for thorough investigation find correct etiology TMJ disorders. For investigation, starting from clinical examination imaging strategies should be performed meticulously. Radiographic an important element in diagnosis. Because anatomic complexity temporomandibular its proximity temporal bone, mastoid air cells, auditory structures, structures also investigated. Therefore, careful radiological examinations are essential evaluation TMJ. The manuscript examines potential use technique ultrasonography (USG) fine-needle aspiration biopsy intra-articular sodium hyaluronate/steroid injection.
